This is an on going weekly live free online meditation group every Monday at 6amMST. Becky Hesseltine leads a one of a kind guided (20-30min) meditation known to bring a heightened sense of awareness connectedness and love. Becky is a gifted Spirit Medium Intuitive Healer and Certified Add Heart Facilitator. She brings a collection of various meditation styles and techniques to each heart crafted meditation. Below you'll find ways to prepare for your mediation the ZOOM link we'll be using and ways to join the ongoing mediation group! Preparing for your MeditationMake sure all the meditation sessions are in your calendar and set your alarms. Communicate to those that need to know that you'll be carving out the 30min meditation each week so they can cover you and/or support you in following through on this self care commitment.Decide now where will be the best space for our Monday morning meditations that has online connectivity where you can sit up tall is free from distractions and a space where you can feel safe to surrender to your meditation bliss.Get your ear buds or noise canceling ear phones ready to go and untangled:)Have your water bottle tea cushions journal & pen and/or any other comforting self care item on hand prior to the meditation.Prepare by mentally giving yourself permission to carve out this sacred time for you!Our 30min sessions together will generally be 1-5mins of introduction/checkin 20min meditation and 5min debrief as a group.
